Dean's Message

Adam Honea, PhD Welcome to the College of Information Systems and Technology. Our bachelor's and master's degree programs focus on the application of information technology in business and have several primary content areas:

  • business systems
  • technology: programming, database, networking
  • Web multimedia and visual communication

While our undergraduate programs emphasize basic technologies, our graduate programs have a much greater emphasis on management. All programs within the College of Information Systems and Technology:

  • foster an environment of learning the same way professionals work
  • are facilitated by faculty with advanced degrees and real-world experience
  • combine business and technology management
  • include collaboration and teamwork
  • use innovative digital materials including electronic libraries, realistic simulations and virtual organizations
